Not Many Posts Lately … Here’s Why

Welcome and thanks for your many returns though not much has been posted lately as I have been away the past few weeks volunteering for a medical clinical trial, plus doing double duty by also working offline with the company’s business plan to secure funding by grants, donations, the crowd funding platform, StartSomeGood, and an investment by a business partner/co-founder.

Rolling out the numbers expected after the upcoming production and release of the company’s original play, Charles’ Choice,  for schools, prisons, social support, and community organizations on the company’s formal re-launch September 11, 2017 revealed some pretty dynamic numbers for the sales forecast after compiling the product mix … all based on the core concept of Connecting the Dots … with The Respect Principle.

Recruiting is high on the priority list. First up is for the production and filming of the play, Charles’ Choice, early in 2017 to provide post-production time for the DVD to be released 9/11/2017. Along with securing the business partner/co-founder in 2017, will be the recruitment of the key team, composed of the  Executive Assistant to the Founder and Co-Founder, plus the following specialists … Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources for late 2017/early 2018.

The base location for the east coast is north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and by 2019, a west coast location in the United States is planned. As the company’s mission is a global initiative, further global expansion will follow.

Stay tuned!

Respectfully,

Kaitlin

IN REMEMBRANCE … Transforming RESPECT From A Value to A Principle … A Foundational, Universal Truth For All

On this American Remembrance Day, there is much to regret, to mourn, and much to be grateful for … so let us honour all those who have paid with their lives by raising our “Respect Level” for all people. With great determination and compassion, let us discover and develop new ways of connecting and communicating to generate peace that disempowers thoughts and acts of violence and genocide.

Clarifying the Company’s “Development Stage”

Connecting the Dots … The Respect Principle is not a ‘Start-Up” but is now recognized as an “Early Stage” because of all the work and milestones accomplished so far, but this book has been very helpful in planning for the company’s “Growth” and “Expansion” phases in the next few years, so thanks Ja Nae Duane and Steve Fisher, authors of The Start-Up Equation for a great resource and tool!
Keeping you informed …

Your Expertise as Co-Founder/Business Partner

You are looking for a change and a challenge.

You want to be a part of something life-changing … something more than just a job and an income.

Your expertise is closing the deal. Your specialization is familiarity with the education, social support, and the corrective sectors.

You also have a knack with connecting with people very different from you … people of different cultures, belief systems, financial status, social class, etc., and you likely communicate in more than one language.

You also not only enjoy connecting with people, you also have a leader’s heart in you too. In fact, your preferred way of leading is by example.

And you want to be recognized for your unique talents, knowledge, and abilities by becoming an active co-founder/partner in a unique for-profit social business venture dedicated to increasing “Respect Levels” for the benefit of all people by developing and delivering books, products, and services that entertain, educate, and inspire positive change.

The right person, with a cash investment, will secure 30% ownership in the partnership, that will remain a partnership to retain all intellectual property rights until passed on to the planned foundation as part of the exit/succession planning strategy.

This “early stage” company is rebooting after a stall created by parental health care needs.

2017 will be the kick-off year for great things to come, including the workshop production and filming of Charles’ Choice in the early part of 2017 and then the formal, public re-launch September 11th of the concept, core book, play, and DVD for schools, prisons, social support organizations, and communities.

Looking forward to the partnership, the growth, and the opportunity to do good while also being rewarded with self-sufficiency for doing rewarding work on all levels. If you are too, contact me through the blog’s contact form or LinkedIn please and thank you.

Respectfully,

Kaitlin Ann Trepanier

The Business Plan … The Production … The Re-Launch

Working on the business plan revisions for what is now the “early stage” for-profit social business venture, “Connecting the Dots … with The Respect Principle.”

To protect the proprietary intellectual capital, only the future co-founder/ business partner and the organizations I am submitting my business plan to for grants, not ownership via investment, will be reviewing the business plan or seeing/hearing the presentation.

However, those participating in the workshop production and filming of the play, Charles’ Choice, early 2017, will not only hear about the plan, but also will be part of the business plan and re-launch that will take the company’s concept to centre stage on September 11, 2017 … shining light to illuminate the dark.

Stay tuned!
