I, Wisdom …

I don’t know about you, but the first time I heard about this being, I, Wisdom, was in the film, The Shack.

Then today, while going through my morning ritual of opening Joyce Meyer’s Everyday Bible, an amplified version, to see what to ponder on today, the story of I, Wisdom re-entered my life, though personally and in detail.

Proverbs 8:12 reads “I, Wisdom (from God) make prudence my dwelling and I find out knowledge and discretion” and subsequent passages reveal what Wisdom has to help us with in this world.

Interestingly enough, with that reading this morning, the answer I needed about finding an accountant to help me and the company as funds arrive, there was the answer Wisdom provided … the accountant has to not only be guided by accounting principles, but also the Biblical principles of finance, which narrows down my search considerably.

The other qualifier is the accountant has to be knowledgeable about Canada, the United States, and internationally principles/ laws since the company is designed to drive a global initiative.

Of course, thanks also to wealth manager, MF, who yesterday suggested my first priority is finding the right accountant (God employs all kinds of people to help us too), which is why the idea was on my mind last night and the answer was there this morning.

I, Wisdom … so grateful to have you aboard.
