Meetings … How Not to Just Make Busyness But Generate Follow Up Results

To me, one of the most frustrating and time-wasting elements of working in the corporate world was time spent in meetings that were more get togethers than information sessions that resulted in action plans and follow up results, so when I read this article I knew I had to share the tips for the many others who feel/think the same way.
