You have the potential and desire to be one of the three potential vice presidents and limited partners. Our other two teammates will be an operations specialist and business development specialist, all of whom will work closely with the originator, researcher, developer, artistic director, founder, and president, though not necessarily from the same geographical location. After a probation period, limited partner equity will be acquired through salary deduction rather than an upfront cash contribution.

Objectives

  • Represent the company as the key administrative liaison
  • Develop relationships with outsourced professional services to support the company’s objectives, growth, and expansion
  • Serve as the central information source with reports, projections, and recommendations
  • Generate and present reports from all systems and departments
  • Identify and recommend administrative, technical support, and other professional sources needs
  • Comply with all regulations to establish and maintain respect, integrity, and compliance

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Build solid respectful relationships with the required external professional services and internal team in order to comply with legal requirements and provide management team with sound information for decision making
  • Develop long-range strategic financial planning solutions to support company’s mission and objectives
  • Establish a well-organized, clearly defined department in order to also respond well to unexpected challenges
  • Develop and supervise a team of other intelligent, creative, and goal-oriented individuals with the respect and compassion to make the world a better place for all
  • Continuously develop and advance your knowledge-base and skill level
  • Build solid working relationships with the president and with the two other team specialists to develop a highly successful trio and potential limited partners to support the for-profit social business venture’s mission

Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Serve as the administration head of the social business venture
  • Effective, efficient and respectful leadership in the development and perfecting of the management information systems aiding the organization to reach its goals in a timely manner
  • Work with internal and external sources to develop long-range strategic planning and the ability to be responsive to unforeseen problems
  • Design, develop, and implement a well-organized environment with clear guidelines
  • Manage and supervise employees and volunteers, assisting with development of policies and procedures
  • On occasion, present to the public

Preferred

  • 10+ years management experience
  • 10+ years financial experience
  • 10+ years combination of information resources and human resources experience
  • MBA +/or equivalent experience

Salary

65K CAD with potential to become Vice President and Limited Partner with buy-in through salary deduction or lump sum. Position pending at a future date
